The crane herein is designed and manufactured in accordance with all structural requirements of ABS Shipboard Crane, USCG, AISC, ASTM, AWS, NEC and OSHA.

Anti-two Blocking for Main and Auxiliary Hoist
  • Our innovative anti two blocking system is virtually maintenance free. Thanks to the use of stainless steel cable that transfers the signal from the boom tip to the valve which is installed near the operator. No hose reel, hydraulic hoses, or valve at the boom tip is used in this system.
Simultaneous Operation
  • The crane is capable of simultaneous operation of two functions at full load and speed

Rotation
  • 4, Eskridge model 252 swing gearboxes

Crane Control System
  • Cabin mounted onboard with platform

Safety Features
  • High position limits device for all hoists
  • Protective grates, ladder cages, handrails, self-close bar or other protective facility shall be installed around the control cabin or other areas where operators may get access
  • Equipped with a failsafe hydraulic system. When there is no power or loss of oil due to hose rupture, the crane function will lock until the power and hydraulic oil is restored
  • 4 high toe boards
Accessories, Elements and Spare Parts of the Crane
  • Special tools for installation and start up are not required
  • For the first year of operation, is no wear item is anticipated that will require replacement. Routine lubrication is all that is required to maintain the cranes. A separate quote will be produced for PCSA
  • Standard operations and parts manual will be provided with each crane and will be in English with the quantity and format as required
  • Grade of hydraulic oil and other lubricants will be recommended to fit the application and operational conditions
Acceptance Standards and Procedures
  • One copy of ex-work quality certificates of the cranes shall be provided together with effective API certification
  • The purchaser has the right to appoint technical engineers to the manufacturer’s site for supervising the production process and the manufacturer should facilitate these services
Paint System
  • Manufacturer: (PPG Paint) or equal
  • Shot blast to white metal
  • First coat: Moisture cure urethane zinc rich primer, 3.0-4.0 mils
  • Second coat: “Pitt-Guard” Polyamide-Epoxy, 5.0-7.0 mils
  • Top coat: “Pitthane Ultra” Yellow, Acrylic Urethane Ultra Gloss Enamel, 2.0-3.0 mils (or to be determined by the owner)
Welding
  • All welds are per AWS D1.1 and all critical welds are tested (ultra sound and magnetic particle)
  • The equipment will be fully fitted at the factory before shipment. All the hydraulic devices and components will be functionally tested prior to shipment
