As Chairman and Managing Director, Mr. Madhusudan Kshirsagar is responsible for the strategic direction and management of the company. Besides sound technical expertise and PR skills he also brings years of invaluable experience paving the strategic direction for the Company. Prior to forming Hind Offshore, he held senior positions with the Indian Customs in Mumbai. Mr. M C Kshirsagar holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Bombay. |

| Mr. Manish M Kshirsagar ( Director- Operations ) |

As the Company’s Director of Operations, Manish is responsible for the technical aspects and the fleet management. Along with his technical team of engineers, he ensures the vessels are well looked after and meet client requirements and specifications. Forthright and dynamic in approach, his strict principals and an eye for detail ensure deadlines being met along with superior service delivered always. Mr. Manish Kshirsagar was inducted into the Company’s Board of Directors in 2001 and holds a Commerce degree from the University of Bombay. |

As the Company’s Director of Business Development, Nikesh has been assigned the task of identifying and developing strategic relationships for the Company. Along with the Managing Director he is responsible for the development of strategy, analysis of market opportunities, and development of business plans. To ensure seamless cohesion across various functions of the organization he collaborates across functional groups, such as marketing, legal, administration, and finance to further Hind Offshore’s objectives and drive partnerships to successful completion. Being instrumental in the Company’s implementation of the ISO 9001:2000 directorates, he is also the Director for Quality Assurance. Mr. Nikesh Kshirsagar was inducted into the Company’s Board of Directors in 2003 and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Wales, Cardiff |
